If you are looking for a unique opportunity to serve others, and at the same time learn a new skill and make new friends, consider volunteering at the Arthur Home and Eberhardt Village. Become a part of the "Friends of the Home and the Village"! With construction started on Eberhardt Village, 38 residents will be added to the 69 residents already residing at the Home. Current needs include volunteers to read to residents, help write cards and letters, and to just visit with the residents. No skill is too small or unimportant, nor any time offered too short. For more information, contact Fran Dudley at 543-2103. (8/30/07)
