Mary Virginia's Chip Dip - submitted by Mary Dillon

1 8oz. package of cream cheese, softened

1 medium green pepper

1 medium onion

1 large jar of pimentos

1 egg, beaten

1 T vinegar

1 T water

3 T sugar

Cook egg, vinegar, water, and sugar in a skillet until it bubbles good.  Mix with cream cheese and add the rest of the ingredients.  Store in the refrigerator.
