Mashed Sweet Potato Casserole - submitted by Adiline Young

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes, peeled and mashed

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup milk

Topping

1/3 cup melted butter or margarine

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all casserole ingredients together.  Spread in 9x13 inch baking pan.  Combine all topping ingredients.  Mixture will be crumbly.  Sprinkle topping on top of sweet potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
